about

A song cycle setting several poems by William Blake. My initial plan was to set just texts from his Songs of Innocence and Songs of Experience, hence the title. When I was writing them, I found another poem of his (Memory, Hither Come) from a different collection that fit in the cycle. Although the cycle isn't only from Blake's two collections, I kept the title because it still fit.
